Our pigs are humanely raised in mostly wooded acres. They are rotated onto fresh land frequently to provide them room to forage without disturbing the earth. They root, play, receive belly rubs, and are fed a nutritious diet of mostly produce, spent beer grain and supplemented with high quality grain as needed.
$5.50/ lb based on hanging weight includes processing in a USDA inspected facility, vacuum sealing, and smoking. All of our pork is pasture raised and raised humanely without use of antibiotics and hormones.
Deposit only. Average hanging weights range from 185-230 lbs for whole, 90-135 lbs for half.
